Event to start from 6.00PM in the picturesque Bute park.
Graded races will build up to the Home Nations team event.
Individual races start times will be communicated by email by the event organiser nearer the event.

Each race consists of 4 laps of the track - a total of 3000m per race In total, 120 athletes will race (60 x male and 60 x female athletes).
HEATS: 5 races x 12 athletes (60 x athletes in total) The first 4 x athletes from each heat automatically qualify for the next round + the 4 x fastest losers
SEMI-FINALS: 2 races x 12 athletes (24 x athletes in total) The first 5 athletes from each semi-final automatically qualify for the final + the 2 x fastest losers
FINAL: 1 race x 12 athletes
